Women's Cross Country Concludes Season at Atlantic Region Championships

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team finished their season at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships on Saturday morning. 
 
Sophomore Emily Wishart took the top time for Frostburg in the 6k with a 65th place finish, running a 6:06.6 for a personal best and fifth all-time in program history.  Sophomore Paige Etnoyer crossed the finish line next for the Bobcats at 72nd, also setting a personal record for a 6:09.4 run, coming in at 6th best all-time.  Sophomore Hannah Schauman saw a 6:18.7 run for a personal best and a 10th best in school history. 
 
Senior Amy Tarcza (6:23.0), freshman Keira Taylor (6:31.5), freshman Kenlee Hayes (6:34.7), and junior Adra Schell (6:34.7) rounded out the day for FSU, with Tarcza, Taylor, and Hayes all finishing the season with new personal bests.    
 
Frostburg concludes their season with an 18th place finish out of 21 teams in their sixth and final meet of the year.  For the complete results, and more information and updates, please visit frostburgsports.com.
