Hooper Repeats as MEC Women's Swimmer of the Week
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – For the second straight week, Frostburg State freshman Madison Hooper took MEC Women's Swimmer of the Week, as the award was announced by the league office on Monday and is presented by The Health Plan.
On Saturday against IUP, Hooper won the 50-meter free with a swim of 27.59, while also going on to see first in the 200-meter free relay, with a team swim of 1:53.64. Hooper was also a part of the 200-meter medley relay team that took second with a time of 2:08.67.
