Field Hockey Places 13 on NFHCA National Academic Squad
MANAHAWKIN, NJ — The NFHCA recognized nearly 430 student-athletes from more than 30 institutions on the 2024 Division II National Academic Squad, 13 of which were Frostburg State players.
The program honors student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.
A full list of FSU athletes that received the award are listed as follows: Sofia Boyle, Riley Fleetwood, Avery Hayden, Femke Hofkamp, Taylor Korczynski, Layla Lagunas, Jillian Mayes, Zoe Reading, Mikyla Rineer, Morgan Sparks, Sydney Spivey, Piper Taylor, Rachel Young.
