Men's Lacrosse Places 21 on ECC Commissioner's Honor Roll

WEST BABYLON, N.Y. – The East Coast Conference announced their 2024-25 Commissioner's Honor Roll on Thursday with Frostburg State Men's Lacrosse having 21 players recognized.

Frostburg is coming off a 7-9 campaign this year in the 2025 season, finishing as the third seed in the conference to push them to a quarterfinal matchup with a 4-2 record in ECC competition.  The Bobcats had six players receive All-ECC awards while a pair went on to earn All-American Honorable Mention nods.

The Commissioner's Honor Roll is awarded to student-athletes who receive a 3.25 or better cumulative grade point average. This annual recognition, in addition to the conference's Scholar-Athlete awards, helps to uphold the East Coast Conference's mission of promoting the total person and the ability to excel not only in the athletic arena, but also in the classroom.

FSU increased their finish in the classroom this year, placing 19 on the ECC Honor Roll for the past two years, as they sit with 21 for 2025.  Graduate Nick Agresta, seniors Tristan Anderson, Landon Bruce, Nate Jones, Wesley Phillips, Riley Semmes, and Ben Smith, juniors Shaun Gillispie, Sean Mullineaux, Will McNeely, Dan Rafferty, Noel Ruiz, and Will Stephanos represent the upper classmen, while sophomores JT Calhoun, Mike Gloekler, Nathan Holaus, Brendon O'Hara, Luke Roach, and Henry Sykes, along with freshmen Jack Laye and Brody Monroe account for the lower classmen.
