Buenger Finishes First at Mt. Aloysius Invitational

CRESSON, Pa. — Senior Sean Buenger shot a four-over 72 to win the Mt. Aloysius Invitational, Tuesday.

CRESSON, Pa. — Senior Sean Buenger (Westminster, Md./Westminster) shot a four-over 72 to win the Mt. Aloysius Invitational, Tuesday.

Buenger was two strokes better that Pitt-Bradford's D. Atterberry. Unfortunately, FSU didn't compete with enough team members to register a team score as only three participated.

Pitt-Bradford won the event with a 324 while Penn State Altoona was second with a 332. La Roche narrowly fell into third place after finishing one shot back of PSA (333).

Bobcat senior Wayne Rice (Cumberland, Md./Fort Hill) was second on the team with an 86 while fellow senior Joe Eaton (Baltimore, Md./Pikesville) finished with a 90.

FSU is back in action when its the FSU Tournament at 1:00 pm at the Rocky Gap Resort.
