BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - Senior Tom McCoy earned the rights to MEC Men's Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week, as the award was announced by the league office on Monday and is presented by The Health Plan.
Frostburg traveled to Baltimore, MD to compete in the Hopkins/Loyola Invite on Friday and Saturday, where McCoy continued his impressive mark in the pole vault. McCoy won the event for the second straight meet, this time setting a new season-best with a height of 5.00m that ties him for 18th in all of Division II and puts him second in the Atlantic Region.
