Rippeon Named MEC Women's Swimmer of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. - For the first time this season, sophomore Genna Rippeon earned MEC Women's Swimmer of the Week honors, presented by The Health Plan, as announced by the league office.
In helping the team to a 164-93 victory over Davis & Elkins, Rippeon picked up four total wins on the day. She had individual victories in the 200 free (1:58.54), the 500 free (5:19.24), and the 200 IM (2:16.87) before joining the winning 200 free relay team in 1:43.10.
