COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Frostburg State Field Hockey senior Paige Leitzel was named to the 2025 NFHCA Watchlist on Thursday, powered by Performance Sports Events (PSE).
 
33 student-athletes from 16 Division II schools were recognized before the start the of the regular season.  The list is intended to showcase those field hockey student-athletes with the strongest potential for consideration to the current year's NFHCA All-Region and All-American teams.
 
Leitzel is entering her senior year with FSU, coming back as their main source of offense.  The forward led the team in goals in 2024 with nine, while dishing out four assists for another team-high of 22 points.  Leitzel was one of two Bobcats to earn Second Team All-PSAC honors last season, the first to do so in Frostburg history.
