Women's Cross Country Selected Seventh in MEC Preseason Poll
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team was predicted to finish seventh by the MEC preseason poll, as announced by the league office.
The Bobcats finished seventh last year in the MEC Championships, right behind West Virginia Wesleyan. FSU earned 47 total points in the poll, coming in behind Wheeling, who earned 49.
The women kick off their season on Friday, September 1 as they travel to Shippensburg, PA to compete in the Galen Piper XC Invite.
