Women's Cross Country Runs in First-Ever Division II Regional Meet
MANSFIELD, Pa. – The Frostburg State women's cross-country team competed in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional at the Lamb's Creek XC Course for the first time in the program's history.
Just a couple years removed from not fielding a complete team to earn score, Head Coach Shane Brookshire was able to oversee his team have a chance to compete at the regional meet after FSU completed its three-year transition from Division III to Division II. The top finisher for the Bobcats in the 6K was junior Hannah Muir with a time of 25:48.5, as the team finished in 21st place at the meet.
