Women's Cross Country Places 8th at Bethany Invitational
BETHANY, W. Va. – The Frostburg State Women's Cross County team finished eighth at the Bethany Invite.
The top finisher in the 6K for Frostburg was sophomore Alana Dyce-Giraud, who earned 17th at 24:32.1.
The field at the invite was made up of 21 teams comprised of Division II and Division III schools from around the region. The Bobcats put up a team score of 202, with three athletes earning top-30 finishes.
Freshmen Paige Etnoyer placed 25th and Hannah Schauman 29th at 25:01.1 and 25:09, respectively. Juniors Amy Tarcza (60th) and Chelsea Montau (74th) rounded out the team scoring with 26:25.1 and 26:41.4 finishes.
