Ort Library, Frostburg Parks & Rec, and Savage Mountain Punk Arts, the Frostburg State University Center for Literary Arts is excited to announce the annual Western Maryland Independent Literature (Indie Lit) Festival.This event celebrates the writers, publishers, and readers of small press and independent publishing.
