Water St. in Frostburg.The public is invited to choose from a wide variety of items at no cost. This year’s event will feature food, books, and other items. Supply is limited, so those interested are encouraged to arrive early.This event is supported by FSU and ASTAR, which are AmeriCorps grantees that receive funds as part of their national and state program, as well as the Governor’s Office on Service and Volunteerism.
