Dr. Stone’s clinical practice and writings have been shaped by growing up as the child of survivors. Dr. Stone came to Cumberland in 1983, wanting to practice in an underserved area. She had a solo infectious disease practice until 1983 and then, practiced part-time in Pennsylvania until 2020.
