Day and Hall Selected to NIRA All-Academic Team

FROSTBURG, Md. – The National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) announced their All-Academic Team on Friday afternoon, with Frostburg State Rugby senior Kiley Day and junior Lydia Hall each earning a spot on the team.

Day and Hall were each a part of the first-ever Rugby team at FSU, both playing in the team's inaugural season. Day served as the team captain, helping the Bobcats capture the program's first-ever win, defeating Kent State 37-17 in their last home match of the season.

In the classroom, Day showed a 3.75 GPA in the Exercise & Sport Science major, while Hall posted a 3.62 GPA in Nursing.
