Weakley Receives College Sports Communicators Second Team Academic All-American Honors
AUSTIN, Texas - College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced Tuesday the 2023-24 Academic All-America® women's basketball teams for NCAA Division I-II-III and NAIA, with sophomore Emilee Weakley being named a CSC Second Team Academic All-American.
Six of the 15 members of the Academic All-America® Division II women's basketball teams sustain an unblemished 4.0 GPA in their undergraduate work or graduate school. The five members of the first team have an average GPA of 3.96, with the entire Division II team maintaining a collective average GPA of 3.89, as Weakley holds a 3.93 GPA of her own.
The Division II Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2023-24 Division II Academic All-America® program.
