Three Place in Top 10 for Men's Cross Country at Go Fast River Run

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Frostburg State Men's Cross Country team concluded their regular season at the Go Fast River Run, placing second out of five teams.
 
FSU put three runners in the top 10 places, with sophomores Gage Osborne (26:36.9) and Ryan Connelly (26:49.3) both setting season-best times in fourth and eighth, respectively, while classmate Haben Tesfay (26:55.8) earned 10th.
 
A further three athletes placed in the top 20, as sophomore Jaxon Jones (27:14.6) and junior Brandon Stein (27:39.4) were the final two scoring runners, while sophomore Ray Gibson set a new PR at 27:41.1. Rounding out the Bobcats' day were freshmen Ben Saltysiak (28:23.6) and Ethan McKee (30:02.8), the latter setting a new personal best, followed by sophomores Jack Hynes (30:03.1) and Nathan Hillhouse (30:10.5)
 
Frostburg next will compete at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet, returning to Lock Haven on Saturday, November 9. Information and updates will be posted to frostburgsports.com.
