Frostburg State Announces 2024 Hall of Fame Class

FROSTBURG, Md. – The Frostburg State University Department of Athletics and the Office of Alumni Relations has announced that six former members will be inducted into the Bobcat Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2024. The inductees will be honored during Homecoming Weekend of October 17-20, 2024.

The Inductees
Michael Beckwith, the 232^nd inductee, was a three-time All-American for the Bobcat Track & Field program.  He helped lead the team to back-to-back National Championships in 1986 and 1987.  Beckwith finished runner-up at the 1987 NCAA Championships in the discus with a throw of 51.46m, where he holds the second-best throw in program history.
 
Zach Burkhardt, the 233^rd inductee, was named both a USILA All-American and Scholar All-American as a senior, being a three-year captain of the Men's Lacrosse team.  He currently holds the school career caused turnover record with 121, while leading a top-ten defense in the country in 2015.
 
Adria Graham, the 234^th inductee, became the first NSCAA All-American for Women's Soccer in 2012.  She helped lead the team to a CAC Tournament Championship and a NCAA Tournament appearance.  Graham still stands in third in all-time goals (59) and points (133), while scoring 29 game-winning goals in her career.  She was a two-time Academic All-American and was the FSU Female Athlete of the Year in 2011 and 2012.       
 
Kylie Carrington, the 235^th inductee, is Volleyball's all-time assist leader with 4,576.  She helped lead the team to three straight NCAA Tournament appearances, including a regional championship appearance in 2010.  She remains Frostburg's most recent AVCA All-American. 
 
Caitlin Lovend, the 236^th inductee, was a two-time Academic All-American and the first-ever for Frostburg State Softball.  She is the program's all-time home run, RBI, runs, walks, and slugging percentage leader.  Lovend was the Frostburg Female Athlete of the Year in 2014.  
 
Guy Robertson, the 237^th inductee, is the second-most winningest coach in Baseball history with 308 wins.  He led the team to three NCAA Tournaments, including a World Series appearance in 2015.  Robertson holds the program record of 43 wins in 2015 and coached eight All-Americans.
