Buenger Named to AMCC All-Conference Team
GIBSONIA, Pa. — Senior Sean Buenger (Westminster, Md./Westminster) was named to the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference All-Conference First Team, on Tuesday.
This season Buenger had six top-ten finishes, including two first place finishes. Buenger shot a 77 at the Mt. Aloysius Tournament, capturing first out of 38 players. At the ECAC Men’s Division III South Championship, he finished first out of 35 shooting a 155 for the two-day event (83, 72).
Newcomer of the Year for the AMCC was John Haberman from Medaille College. Joe Ribelli (Lake Erie) and Jon Austin (La Roche) were Co-players of the Year. Milt Johnson from Lake Erie was awarded Coach of the Year.
