Men's Cross Country Places 11th at Lock Haven Invitational

The Frostburg State Men's Cross Country team finished 11th in the Lock Haven XC Invite on Saturday morning in a field of 36 teams.

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Frostburg State Men's Cross Country team finished 11th in the Lock Haven XC Invite on Saturday morning in a field of 36 teams.

Senior Justus LePrevost ran a 25:23 for a 46th place finish, the highest for Frostburg on the day. With his time, LePrevost set a new 8k personal record, and was the fastest 8k by an FSU athlete in over 20 years.

Freshman Ryan Connelly (25:25), junior Austin Comeaux (25:51), and freshman Gage Osborne (26:02) all finished right behind LePrevost, all earning high-ranking times for the program. Freshman Haben Tesfay added a time of 26:56, while junior Caden Jones finished at 27:02, and freshman Jaxon Jones clocked in a 29:03 finish.
