Osborne Named USTFCCCA Male Athlete of the Week
Frostburg State Men's Cross Country sophomore Gage Osborne was named USTFCCCA NCAA Division II Male National Athlete of the Week, presented by the USTFCCCA Communications Staff on Monday.
NEW ORLEANS, La. – Frostburg State Men's Cross Country sophomore Gage Osborne was named USTFCCCA NCAA Division II Male National Athlete of the Week, presented by the USTFCCCA Communications Staff on Monday.
Osborne posted a season-best 26:36.9 at the Go Fast River Run this past weekend in Lock Haven, PA, finishing fourth overall and helping Frostburg take second in the meet as a team. Osborne is the first-ever Bobcat to be named USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week during the cross country season.
FSU will next compete in the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships on Saturday, November 9 at the same course in Lock Haven.
