Men's Cross Country Finishes Regular Season at Go Fast River Run

The Frostburg State Men's Cross Country team competed in the Go Fast River Run on Saturday, placing sixth in the race.

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Frostburg State Men's Cross Country team competed in the Go Fast River Run on Saturday morning, placing sixth.  

Freshman Jaxon Jones finished with the fastest time for Frostburg, knotting a 28:56.2 time for a team-high 24th finish.  Freshman Isayah Stewart was next in line for the Bobcats, crossing the finish line in 38th place with a 30:37.5 time.  

Freshman Nathan Hillhouse (31:02.9) and junior Logan Folmer (31:10.2 placed back-to-back taking 44th and 45th place, while junior Eric Hutchison clocked a 31:43.3 time for 49th place and sophomore Justin Dowell ran a 32:27.2 for a 57th place finish.  

FSU will look to run in the Atlantic Region Championships, also in Lock Have, Pa, on Saturday, November 4.  For more information and updates, please visit frostburgsports.com.
