Softball Puts 15 on Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete List
The NFCA revealed its Easton Top GPAs for its collegiate divisions, as 8,054 collegiate student-athletes captured Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2023-24 academic year.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The NFCA revealed its Easton Top GPAs for its collegiate divisions, as 8,054 collegiate student-athletes captured Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2023-24 academic year.
Frostburg State Softball totaled an overall team GPA of 3.617 for the 32nd best in 89 listed Division II schools. FSU had 15 players receive All-America Scholar honors, with seniors Ellie Buckheit, Ava Gnibus, Brianna Munday, and Jamie Roberts, juniors Allyssa Albright, Hanna Binek, Samara Funk, Laura Gilford, and Cristina Sommerkamp, sophomores Arden Miller, Ally Meyers, Gracie Nelson, and Ashlynn Routzahn, and freshmen Kylee Piconi and Maddie Smith earning the distinction.
