Football Lands Seven with College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Honors
GREENWOOD, Ind. – College Sports Communicators announced their 2024 Football Academic All-District teams on Tuesday, with Frostburg State Football seeing seven players receive the honor.
The 2024 Academic All-District® Football teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes football honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and the NAIA.
Representing FSU are senior Colby Street, juniors Jaylen Boyd, Ryan Bushey, and Doug Pruim, and sophomores Sammy Dominguez, Max Heineman, and Harrison Fritz, all who played a key part to the Bobcat's success both on and off the field.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
