The Frostburg State Women's Tennis team earned a narrow 4-3 victory over West Virginia State on Sunday afternoon.

INSTITUTE, W. Va. – The Frostburg State Women's Tennis team earned a narrow 4-3 victory over West Virginia State on Sunday afternoon.
