Bias Receives MEC Men's Swimmer of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Frostburg State sophomore Abe Bias was named MEC Men's Swimmer of the Week for his performance over the weekend, as the award was announced on Monday by the league office and is presented by The Health Plan.
In Frostburg's final meet of the calendar year, Bias racked up two individual second place finishes against IUP, taking second in the 50 and 100-meter free with times of 24.91 and 55.78. Bias was also a part of the first-place finishers in the 200-meter free relay, helping his team swim a 1:39.51.
