BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. - For the second time this season, goalkeeper Jan Foret was named the MEC Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, presented by The Health Plan, as announced by the league office.
The sophomore from Czechia helped FSU to a pair of wins, defeating Wheeling 2-0 and WV Wesleyan 3-1 to close out the regular season. He played the full 90 minutes and produced a five-save clean sheet against the Cardinals, then made three stops in just under 70 minutes, holding WVWC scoreless in his time on the field.
