SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Frostburg State Women's Basketball senior Emilee Weakley was named D2CCA First Team All-Region for the third consecutive year, as the award was announced by the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association on Thursday.
Capping off her historic Frostburg career, Weakley was also named First Team All-MEC, her third straight time earning the honor as well. Weakley led the Bobcats to a 19-win season, helping FSU capture their first-ever quarterfinal win in the MEC Tournament. In her final season, Weakley led all of Division II in scoring with 27.4 ppg, while also leading the team in rebounds with 8.6 per game. Weakley shot 47.5% from the floor, 36.3% from three, and a solid 82.4% from the free throw line, while also racking up a team-high 43 steals. During the 2024-25 season, she surpassed the 2,000 career point mark, while also becoming the program's all-time leading scorer, passing the Frostburg great of Sheila Colbert.
