FROSTBURG, Md. – The Frostburg State Women's Track & Field team found themselves remaining in fourth place after the second day of the MEC Outdoor Championships.
Sophomore Khady Ndiaye picked up a pair of top-five finishes on the day, securing third in the high jump at 1.50m and fourth in the triple jump at 11.46m, setting a new personal best in the latter category as the fourth-best leap in program history.
Having finished day one of the heptathlon in fourth, senior Morgan Mathews moved up a spot on day two to take third in the event at 3,773 points, blowing past her previous career best of 3,455 and marking the fourth-best total in program history.
