Tenor-Bass Sing! Invitational Festival

FSU’s Department of Music to Host Tenor-Bass Sing!Frostburg State University’s Department of Music will host the sixth annual Tenor-Bass Sing! Invitational Choral Festival on Monday, Oct. 14, on the FSU campus. This event, for middle- and high-school students who sing in the tenor or bass ranges, features a day of learning music together, camaraderie, a tour of campus and an evening concert. The concert, to be held at 6 p.m. in the Pealer Recital Hall of FSU’s Woodward D. Pealer Performing Arts Center, is free and open to the public.The TBS Festival choir will be joined by guest artists FSU Troubadours Tenor-Bass Choir and tenor-bass singers from community choirs.For more information, contact Dr. Scott Rieker, FSU choral director, at 301-687-4110 or serieker@frostburg.edu.

Does your soul need some rest? Come rest in the Lord! Gather with Catholic Campus Ministry and local parishioners to reflect on the mysteries of Christ's life while we pray the rosary. All FSU students, facult and staff are invited to Divine Mercy Parish, at Saint Michael Church, Wednesdays, 6-7 PM.

Clear Dat Canvas is a study hall event organized by members of Creative Minds, open to all FSU students. The event encourages students to come together and work on their assignments in a focused and supportive environment. The primary goal is to help students develop discipline, set meaningful academic goals, and complete their assignments ahead of time. By tackling their work early, students can reduce procrastination and free up time to focus on other things going on in their lives.
