Frostburg State University’s Spring 2021 hybrid commencement celebration will include an in-person Grad Walk Live Event! Grad Walk includes individual graduate recognition and live streaming of the featured moment crossing the stage. ‘Graduation Day’ will be celebrated in various ways throughout campus that day.COVID precautions will be in place.
