Women's Cross Country Finishes Second at Go Fast River Run
LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team concluded their regular season at the Go Fast River Run, placing second out of four teams.
Sophomores Emily Wishart (24:03.4) and Paige Etnoyer (24:17.9) led the team on the day, placing fifth and sixth, respectively, with the latter setting a season-best time. Also in the top 20 and rounding out the scoring places, three Bobcats placed within four spots of each other, with seniors Amy Tarcza (25:46.5) and Chelsea Montau (26:31.6) either side of freshman Keira Taylor (25:59.2). Freshman Kenlee Hayes concluded the meet with a run of 27:26.7.
Frostburg next will compete at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet, returning to Lock Haven on Saturday, November 9. Information and updates will be posted to frostburgsports.com.
