McCoy Set to Represent Men's Outdoor Track & Field at Nationals
PUEBLO, Colo. – Senior Tom McCoy is out west as the first athlete from Frostburg State Men's Outdoor Track & Field to represent the program in the NCAA Division II National Championships.
As a two-time Mountain East Conference Outdoor Champion and three-time USTFCCCA All-Region member, McCoy set the pole vault meet and program record during the conference championships, reaching a new height of 5.11m in his senior season. He is currently tied for ninth in the country, as the top 22 are set to make the trip to Colorado.
There is a Microsite that has been created for the championships that contains all useful information for the event, including meet schedule, meet qualifiers, links to live video, and other pertinent information.
The championships will be held from May 22-24, 2025 at the CSU Pueblo ThunderBowl in Pueblo, Colorado. The pole vault will begin on Thursday, May 22 at 11:05 AM ET/1:05 PM MT, while the full schedule can be found here.
