Teague, Etnoyer, Wishart Earn Top-50 Spots for Women's Cross Country
CLINTON, Pa. – The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country competed at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational 5K race on Saturday morning, finishing in 8th overall.
FSU had three runners all place in the top 50, led by sophomore Reilly Teague (18:41.40) in 40th and followed closely by juniors Paige Etnoyer (18:47.50) and Emily Wishart (18:48.80) in 43rd and 45th, respectively.
Junior Hannah Schauman wasn't too far behind in 53rd at 18:56.90, while sophomore Keira Taylor (19:14.10), freshman Leah Magda (20:17.90) and junior Clare Woodring (22:12.50) rounded out the scoring places.
Frostburg will next compete at the Mountain East Conference Championships in Wheeling, WV on Saturday, October 25. Information and updates will be posted to frostburgsports.com.
