BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. - Redshirt junior running back Owen Doyle was named the Mountain East Conference Football Co-Offensive Player of the Week, presented by the Health Plan, as announced by the league office.
Doyle led the Bobcat rushing attack in their 21-7 victory over West Liberty on Saturday, racking up 125 yards to go with a pair of touchdowns. His first score came on a 9-yard burst in the second quarter that tied the game at 7-7, while his second TD gave FSU a 14-7 lead in the fourth quarter.
