Multiple Frostburg Sports Announce Weekend Schedule Changes
FROSTBURG, Md. - Several Frostburg State athletic teams have announced changes to their weekend schedules due to expected weather.
The Men's and Women's Tennis road match against West Virginia Wesleyan originally scheduled for Friday, April 4 has now been postponed to Tuesday, April 15. The teams' match against Davis & Elkins on Saturday, April 5 is currently scheduled to be played as is.
Baseball has moved their weekend road series against West Liberty from Saturday and Sunday to Monday and Tuesday, April 7 and 8, with doubleheaders on each day scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. The games' location has also moved from West Liberty to Weir High School in Weirton, WV.
Softball's originally scheduled road contest against Point Park has moved from Saturday, April 5 to Monday, April 7 with a doubleheader scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. The team's Sunday DH against Salem (WV) has also been moved to Tuesday, April 8 with games now beginning at 12 p.m.
