She’s since published her own cookbook, been honoured at the Iconoclast Dinner Experience at the James Beard House in New York and, earlier this year, presented a TEDx talk on food as a cultural stepping stone. Learn how to cook Nkaakra(light chicken soup) and Kelwele cinnamon buns with one of the Frostburg Dining Chefs.
