Women's Cross Country Places 18th at Atlantic Regional Meet
LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Frostburg State women's cross-country team took 18th at the NCAA DII Atlantic Regional Championship, finishing with a total score of 490.
The Atlantic Regional Championships were held at West Branch Cross Country Course at a distance of 6K. The top finisher for the Bobcats was sophomore Alana Dyce-Giraud at 37th place. Her 22:34.6 was a new personal record and is the fourth best FSU time all-time. The new seventh best FSU time came from freshman Paige Etnoyer's personal record of 23:30.5 and 85th finish. Freshman Hannah Schauman turned in a 24:04.1 for 113th.
FSU had three other PRs set on the day in freshman Emily Wishart at 24:24.3 (127th), sophomore Adra Schell 24:43.5 (137th) and junior Amy Tarcza 25:00 (145th). Junior Liz Stanley was the fifth finisher for FSU on the day at 24:38.8 in135th
