The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team was voted fifth in the MEC Preseason Poll, as announced by the league office on Friday afternoon.

The Frostburg State women's cross-country team took 18th at the NCAA DII Atlantic Regional Championship, finishing with a total score of 490.

The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team finished fifth out of nine teams in the MEC Cross Country Championships held on Saturday morning.

The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team placed seventh out of 13 teams in the Bill Lennox Invitational held on Saturday morning.

The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team placed 26th in the Lock Haven XC Invite on Saturday morning in a crowded field of 37 total teams.

The Frostburg State Women's Cross County team finished eighth at the Bethany Invite.

The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team began their season on Friday night with a ninth place finish at the Galen Piper Invite hosted by Shippensburg.

Frostburg State Athletics will be taking a preview of each team competing in the fall season, covering eight total sports.  With one last sport to cover, the team will be broken down into their expectations, key players, and overall outlook for their season and program.  To finish off the final week and to conclude fall previews will be Women's Cross Country.
