Frostburg State University will celebrate the student achievements of its fall 2023 graduating class at the 163rd Commencement Ceremony at 2 p.m. in a ceremony on Wednesday, Dec. 20, in the Cordts Physical Education Center Main Arena.

Frostburg State University’s Department of Kinesiology has collaborated with local volunteer firefighters on two projects that allow graduate students in the Athletic Training program to conduct original research while simultaneously providing beneficial services to the Frostburg community.

The Frostburg State Baseball team swept Notre Dame College (Ohio) in a MEC doubleheader on Saturday afternoon by scores of 6-4 and 18-0.

The Frostburg State Softball team swept West Virginia State in their regular season finale, defeating the Yellow Jackets 3-2 in game one and going for a 10-0 five inning victory in game two.

The 14th-ranked Frostburg State Men's Lacrosse team concluded their regular season with a commanding 30-1 victory over District of Columbia Saturday afternoon.

The Frostburg State Women's Lacrosse team defeated Davis & Elkins on Saturday afternoon by a score of 26-7 in their regular season finale.
