Braid Beard and his mates enlist the energetic Jeremy Jacob to help bury their treasure. Amidst the sailing adventure, young Jeremy learns that love and home are treasures you can’t find on any map! With terrific songs like "You've Got to Talk Like a Pirate," "I'm Really Just a Sensitive Guy," and "Pirates Dot Aaargh!" this musical version of the popular book, “How I Became a Pirate”, will have you rolling in the aisles and wishing for Braid Beard and his crew to pay your family a visit.“How I Became a Pirate The Musical’s” book, music and lyrics were written by Janet Yates Vogt and Mark Friedman. SafeRide, a student-operated program, is free to all students. It provides various employment opportunities to the students of FSU as well as offers students and recognized student organizations the opportunity to earn volunteer hours.
