The Frostburg State Men's Tennis team concluded their weekend at the ITA Atlantic Regional Tournament on Sunday, earning four combined victories.

Frostburg State Director of Athletics Troy Dell has announced the hiring of Desire Johnson as Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach.

The ITA announced individual and team academic honors for the 2023-24 season, of which both Frostburg State squads qualified for the team awards, while 14 total players received the Scholar Athlete Award.

The College Sport Communicators announced the Academic All-District honorees for the 2023-24 season on Tuesday, with five Frostburg State athletes earning the distinction.

The Frostburg State Men's Tennis team lost 5-0 to Charleston in their first-ever appearance in the MEC Tournament on Saturday.

Sophomore German Diaz was named to the men's tennis All-MEC First Team, as announced by the league office.

Sophomore Cole Alcala and junior Julia Ramos were both named MEC Tennis Players of the Week, both going a perfect six-for-six in their three matches over the week.  This award was announced by the league office on Monday and is presented by The Health Plan.

The Frostburg State Men's Tennis team ended their regular season with a 5-2 win over West Chester on the road Sunday afternoon.
